Tap into our latest technology

Always upgrading

Throughout the past year, RDP has invested about $180,000 in upgrading its technology to make it easier for customers to order food. It also allows us to fill and deliver orders more accurately. Our technology can be tailored to meet your needs and enhance your current process by making things that much easier.

Tech efficiency curbs error

Promptly and correctly filling orders is crucial for a business that sells food; that’s why the chance of error at RDP is about 1 in 15,000.  Every week, you’re starting over with a new order, and technology allows us to add an element of precision to the dynamic restaurant environment. Food is perishable, which makes speed and efficiency a necessity, not an option.

We use PSion Omni XT15 and Psion 8525 devices for barcode scanning of inbound products and accurate tracking within our warehouse. We have also recently installed a Siri-like system that interacts directly with the responsible employees of our warehouse to handle outbound products. This ensures accurate choosing and loading of your items to be delivered straight to your door.

Barely have time to order? We have an app for that

We know that your managers have their hands full taking care of business. To help alleviate stress from additional responsibilities, we have modeled a quick and easy-to-use application for order entry. Compatible with iPads, iPod Touches and iPhones, its custom features allow for personalization, such as alerts if an order doesn’t seem quite right. It also uses technology in the warehouse to help workers fill orders as well as upgraded computer systems and software to find the fastest delivery routes. Not to mention, our online system and apps were fully designed and developed in-house by RDP. This means that we can offer custom versions that are specifically tailored to your needs.
