Mark has been in foodservice distribution for 25 years. Drawing experience from the Limited Brands, Mark joined the SYSCO Corporation as a marketing associate before advancing to a district sales manager position and then on to SYSCO’s brand manager. Mark then created the in-house marketing department for DiPaolo/SYSCO and remained as marketing director until he was asked to join SYSCO Foodservice of Cincinnati, where he held the title of vice president of marketing. In 1996, Mark became a founding family member of RDP foodservice as VP of sales and marketing until becoming the president in 2001.
Richard DiPaolo III
Executive Vice President
Rich has been in foodservice distribution for 16 years. He began his career at RDP foodservice as a founding family member in 1996, representing RDP in the sales department. In 1999, Rich was promoted to Merchandising Manager and then to vice president of merchandising due to his extensive background in supply chain management. He was finally named executive vice president in 2001. Today, Rich’s many responsibilities include sales, business development, procurement and strategic planning.
Executive Vice President of Operations
This year, Chris celebrates his 20th anniversary in the foodservice distribution industry. He began his career with the SYSCO Corporation in finance before advancing to the sales department as a marketing associate. Christopher was a founding family member of RDP foodservice and has held the titles of finance manager, marketing coordinator and director of operations until being named executive vice president of operations in 2001. Today, Christopher oversees RDP’s transportation, inbound operations, outbound operations, customer service and strategic planning.
Director of Finance
Jim has over 26 years of experience in finance and technology. His combination of skills greatly contribute to strategic planning for RDP foodservice with emphasis on increased efficiencies in the accounting and ordering processes. He draws on his experience at the Limited Brands and Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation in addition to his past consulting work with BMW North America and NISource.
Director of Sales & Marketing
Amber has over 20 years of experience in Sales Management and Marketing. Her career started with Banana Republic where she was part of the team that rolled out a Clientelling program for the company. Amber then went on to start her own retail business where she utilized unique marketing initiatives and relationship selling to grow and maintain marketshare for 9 years. These skills are a few Amber brings to lead the RDP Sales and Marketing team as well as overseeing the Customer Service Department at RDP Foodservice.
Director of Human Resources
Tammy has more than 13 years of experience as a human resources
professional. She leads all HR efforts from recruitment to payroll,
and also serves as the in-house customer service coach to ensure all
internal customers are satisfied. Tammy draws on her experience at CP
REDI, Bath & Body Works and Riverside Methodist Hospital. She
immediately felt comfortable with everyone when she joined RDP
foodservice in 2014 and truly feels like part of the family.
